Catering Date Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change the date of your catering event, please call El Mariachi at least two weeks before the date of your event so that we can reschedule the food order. Should you need to cancel the event for any reason, we would need to know at least two weeks before the event to ensure your refund.
Deposits for Your Catering Order
When you place your catering order, 50 percent of the total will be due. The other 50 percent of the payment is due two weeks before your event date. This is so that we have time to order the food and supplies we need to ensure we have everything prepared for your event.
